USONGUSONG App Terms of Service
Welcome to USONG App. By using our app and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the USONG App, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Service Description
USONG App provides users with the ability to generate music using artificial intelligence technology. Users can select different music styles, enter lyrics or themes, and receive generated songs.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
- Using any automated system, such as robots or crawlers, to access the service.
- Submitting content that infringes on the copyrights of others.
- Posting content that is harmful to society, promotes terrorism, or contains other illegal material.
5. Intellectual Property
- All other content and materials provided on USONG App, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of our company and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
- Your Generated Content. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use the music, audio, and images you generate through the Services for both personal and commercial purposes. Copyright protection for AI-generated output differs between jurisdictions, and we make no representation or warranty that any Generated Content is or will be protectable by copyright or any other intellectual property right in any particular jurisdiction.
- Licence to us. Where you publish Generated Content to our public library, or use features that share it with other users, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, providing, and promoting the Services.
6. Generated Content, Storage Tiers and Retention
Generated Content is stored under one of two tiers. Which tier applies is determined by your subscription status at the time the content is generated:
- Subscriber tier. If you hold an active paid subscription when the Generated Content is created, it is stored in your personal storage space and retained on a permanent basis for as long as your account remains active.
- Free tier. If you do not hold an active paid subscription when the Generated Content is created, it is stored in temporary storage and is subject to a retention period that we determine and publish in the app. When that period expires, we may move the Generated Content to our public library, and it will no longer be associated with your account.
Upgrading to a paid subscription causes eligible Generated Content held in temporary storage to be migrated to your personal storage space. Downgrading or cancelling a subscription does not retroactively change the tier of Generated Content that was already stored under the subscriber tier.
No guarantee of permanent storage; please back up. Storage capacity is limited, and we do not guarantee that any Generated Content will be retained permanently or without loss, including for subscribers. We may remove Generated Content where: the applicable retention period has expired; your account is terminated or suspended; the content is removed for violating these Terms; a feature or the Services are discontinued; or as a result of technical failure, maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you wish to keep. We recommend downloading and backing up Generated Content promptly after it is created. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of Generated Content.
7. Subscription Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- To cancel your subscription and prevent future charges, you must disable auto-renewal in your app store subscription settings before the next billing cycle.
- If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription will be automatically renewed and you will be charged for the next billing cycle.
8. Termination
If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the app without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the app and delete any copies from your device.
9. Disclaimer
USONG App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall USONG App or its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which USONG App operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Language
These Terms may be made available in languages other than English. Translations are provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail and control.
