Delete your USONG account

This page explains how to delete your USONG account (USONG: AI Music Generator, by USONG) and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

1. In the Android app: open Settings and tap “Delete account”, then confirm.
2. Or email us from any device with the subject “Delete my account” and your User ID (shown in the app under Settings). We will confirm by email. [email protected]

What we delete

• Your account and profile
• Your songs, lyrics, prompts and playlists
• Your voice recordings and voice models
• Your likes, play history and push notification token

What we keep

• Purchase and refund records, kept only as long as tax and accounting laws require
• Songs you published to the public feed may be kept in anonymized form if you ask us to keep them; otherwise they are deleted too

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings.
