USONG for Android

The Android app is in closed testing on Google Play. Join the tester group with your Google account — no invitation, no waiting for approval — then install the build from Google Play.

Use the same Google account that is signed in to Google Play on your Android phone.

How to join

1. 1. Join the tester group

   Open the group link and join with your Google account. It is a public group, so you are added immediately — no email form, no approval.

2. 2. Become a tester

   Open the Google Play testing link with the same Google account and tap “Become a tester”.

3. 3. Install and keep it for 14 days

   Install USONG from Google Play and use it now and then during the test. Testers who stay opted in for 14 days are what unlocks the public release.

Before you join

• Joining the group and tapping “Become a tester” are two separate steps — both are required. The most common problem is joining the group but never opening the testing link.
• The Google account you join with must be the one signed in to Google Play on your phone, otherwise the testing page says the app is unavailable.
• Please actually use the app during the test — generate a song or two. Google looks at tester activity, not just the head count.
• This is an early build: features may change, and some things may not work yet. Feedback goes straight to the support inbox.
